Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Fenerbahçe University acts as the Data Controller. The Data Controller may collect and process your personal data, including your name, surname, contact information, address information, and educational information, in written and/or electronic form during electronic applications submitted through our website and/or during physical applications.
Such personal data may be recorded, stored, updated, categorized, and processed in the manner prescribed by the KVKK, solely within the scope of your explicit consent and without being transferred to third parties, for the following purposes:
- Conducting marketing, advertising, and promotional activities;
- Responding to inquiries and requests submitted by you;
- Performing statistical analyses and assessments.
By applying to the Data Controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information regarding such processing;
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose;
- Learn the identity of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad;
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- Request notification of the above-mentioned actions to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred;
- Object to any outcome that is to your detriment arising exclusively from the analysis of your personal data through automated systems; and
